General House Rules:

  1. Management waives all membership fees.
  2. Clients will be deemed to have accepted all rules by opening an account.
  3. Clients must be 18 years of age or older to open an account.

  6. Clients may have only one account.

  9. All transactions and wagers shall be considered as taking place in and governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
  10. There is no deposit required to open an account.

Wagering:

  1. The minimum bet is $10.00 USD
  2. The maximum bet, dependent on the sport, is
     a. $1,100.00 USD on Straight Bets
     b. $500.00 USD on Combination Bets
     c. $500.00 USD for Future and Proposition Wagers
     d. $250.00 USD for Circled Games
  3. Funds must be available in your account to wager.
  4. The maximum dollar amount that may be won by an individual customer, syndicate or partners on a weekly basis is $50,000.00 USD or equivalent. This maximum shall apply independently of the number of wagers placed or pending or the amount wagered or pending, and it shall be incumbent upon the bettor (customer) to ensure that his/her weekly return does not exceed the aforesaid limit. A week shall be defined as Sunday 00:00:01 through Sunday 23:59:59 EST.
  5. You may deposit funds into your account using your credit card or your NETeller account.
  6. Management reserves the right to limit and/or refuse any wager.
  7. Management reserves the right to revise all rules and regulations at any time without prior notice.
  8. There will be no refunds, changing of plays or switching of teams after an official wager has been placed.
  9. You may close your account at any time.
